My interest in photography developed though out my childhood. I enrolled in the Colorado Institute of Art in Denver in 1996. There, my journey began as a studio still life photographer. Once I took my first portrait class, however, I found interacting with people was much more enjoyable than photographing inanimate objects. In 1999, I received my photography degree.
I approach each person with the intent of garnering more than just a simple portrait. My goal is to learn something about you and incorporate that insight into your photographs. When you are not in front of the camera , I watch for your most natural poses. I incorporate these into your portraits. Your best non-pose captures your natural essence resulting in original and interesting portraits that reflect your personality.
I enjoy all portrait photography, and weddings rank high among my favorites. During your formal group pictures I work quickly and efficiently, leaving you ample time to enjoy your reception. While you are busy greeting your guests, I remain unobtrusive, capturing all the memorable moments unfolding during your special day.
My friends and family describe me as: caring, creative, dependable, determined, giving, inquisitive, intelligent, introspective, loyal, spontaneous, tenacious, thoughtful, unique, and witty. These qualities work together, enabling me to deliver unique, professional, portraits you’ll treasure for a lifetime.
Thanks, Brad
